Emerson & Alyse Warner!

Dear friends,
Taxes are almost due, and if you didn't know already, Arizona gives you the choice of how your taxes are used, in the form of a tax credit. One of the tax credit options is the private school tax credit, which helps create scholarships for kids like ours at no-cost-to you.
As you may know, our son Emerson had a difficult transition when he left a Montessori Pre-K to go to a local public school for Kindergarten. After several months, we made the decision to place Emerson at a private school, Primavera, where a smaller class size offered the individualized education & attention he needed. This decision turned out to be a great move for him and our family. Now in 2nd grade, Emerson continues to thrive and takes so much pride in his school and all that he is learning. We feel blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of the Primavera community, and the STO program has helped make this more attainable for our family.
Alyse is entering Kindergarten at Primavera this year, attending the small private school with her brother. We are excited she can also benefit from the school she has come to love during Pre-K and continue to be around the friends and teachers who have become like family for her. We are hopeful she can also benefit from the STO that has made alternatives to public education a more affordable option.
The way the private school tax credit works are anytime between now and April 15, you can contribute to School Tuition Organization 4 Kidz (STO4KIDZ), a charitable organization that awards a minimum of ninety percent of every dollar in scholarships to students who attend Arizona private schools. When you file your taxes for 2021 you will deduct that amount off of your Arizona state taxes, and because it is a dollar-for-dollar tax credit, the net cost to you is ZERO while the benefit to our family is PRICELESS! You simply have the option of paying your taxes to the state or redirecting those funds through this program. You can even recommend a school or a student if you like.
Would you consider participating in this program, and redirecting your taxes to support Emerson and Alyse's education? We are redirecting our income taxes to assist another family since we can’t utilize them for our own children.
The Arizona 2021Tax Credit Maximums is $2,435 if married filing jointly/ & $1,219 if filing single, or your actual tax liability, whichever is less. You can contribute online here through April 15, 2022, or print and fill out the form here and mail it in with a check. STO4KIDZ will email you a receipt for your taxes.
If you have any questions, feel free to call either of us. Or you can speak directly with the incredible staff at STO4KIDZ (602-698-8855).
Forever grateful,
Chris & Andrea Warner (480-421-8713)
