Scholarship for David Lopez!

Hello everyone, near and far...
As we begin this new year I wanted to share a glance of my school year with you and wishing you the very best year ahead!
I As I am entering the second half of my junior year I can’t believe that my time in high school is running short. In the first semester of my Junior year, I faced many challenging yet purposeful experiences. I have been balancing school and football and making sure that I make both a priority.
I am very blessed to be able to attend Brophy College Preparatory and also to be able to play sports with my friends. I am proud that my football team had a "comeback year", last year we didn’t win a single game. However, this year we went 7-3 and were able to make the playoffs. Unfortunately, we lost in the second round of the playoffs but I will never forget playing alongside my brothers as we fought every single week. It is something I will never forget as I get older. As football season has ended I am going into track season which is starting in February. I am very excited to make new PR's and get faster as an athlete.
In this upcoming spring semester, I plan to start my community service work at St Vincent De Paul. I am sure that it will be a humbling experience and I look forward to bettering the lives of many. As for the summer, I will be doing football team activities and visiting colleges in preparation for my Senior year.
On another note, I know this is the time most people start thinking about taxes. I would like to ask if you would consider redirecting your 2021 tax dollars to help lower my tuition fee. The net cost to you is ZERO, but the benefit to me is PRICELESS! Everyone really does win. Your contribution will have a huge impact on my ability to continue attending this amazing school. Please take time to watch a very short video below that explains this dollar-for-dollar tax credit program.
You can redirect your Arizona income tax liability, even if you plan to file for an extension, as long as you contribute by April 15th. Please click here for online contribution, or print and fill out the form here and mail it in. STO4KIDZ will email you a receipt for your taxes.
Note: If you're a non-Arizona resident and would like to make a charitable donation to help us lower our children's tuition, you can donate here or print the donation form here and mail it along with your check to STO4KIDZ. Your donation is 100% tax-deductible as STO4KIDZ is a 501(c)3, non-profit charitable organization.
Thank you all for your consideration and as always if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to my parents (602-373-7862), me, or STO4KIDZ (602-698-8855).
Sincerely,
David Lopez '23
