Scholarship for Jackson & Ella Geck!

Geck,Gackson+Ella-4-SCA

Hello friends,

We hope all is well with you and your family.

A couple of years ago we decided to move Jackson to Scottsdale Christian Academy (SCA) for high school.  He is entering 11th grade this year. He continued to excel academically (4.0!) He played varsity football in the fall, built more friendships, and continued maturing as a God-loving young man. He played varsity baseball in the spring, only for the season to be cut short due to COVID-19. He took honors and AP classes, preparing him for college. Jackson is loving SCA and is thriving in this environment!

Seeing the impact of the Christian school environment, Ella also started SCA for 8th grade.  She nervously started a new school but adapted quickly. At the public middle school, she had one friend at a time. At SCA, she has a new group of friends and her self-esteem has increased tremendously.  She works hard and made the honor roll and loves being in a Christian environment and having smaller classes. Ella played volleyball in the fall and has just tried out for the Spirit line. What a blessing the year was!

Our kids are in their element and we have no doubt this is where they need to be. We all know it's very expensive but also know God is our provider, despite the setbacks we've recently experienced. You may already know that Arizona gives you the choice of how your taxes are put to use. You can allocate your state income tax dollars to create scholarships for kids like ours in private schools at no cost to you. This is not a donation, but it's income taxes that we all have to pay anyhow. Feel free to watch the video at the bottom of the page which explains how this works.

You get 100% of it back as a credit; your Arizona tax liability is reduced dollar-for-dollar when you contribute to a school tuition organization like STO4KIDZ. This will have a huge impact on our ability to send our children to a great school! Would you consider redirecting your taxes to our school?

The Arizona 2020 Tax Credit Maximums is $2,365 if married filing jointly/ & $1,183 if filing single, or your actual tax liability, whichever is less.   You can contribute online here through April 15, 2021, or print and fill out the form here and mail it in with a check. STO4KIDZ will email you a receipt for your taxes.  The net cost to you is ZERO, but the benefit to our children is PRICELESS! Everyone wins!

If you have any questions, please call either of us. Or you can speak directly with the very helpful staff at STO4KIDZ (602-698-8855).

Thank you so much for your consideration.

Jason, Beth, and on behalf of Jackson and Ella!
